Our shop offers a superb selection of over 1000 items of quality: organic meats, groceries, dairy products, dry goods, beverages, wines, ciders, ice creams, organic vegetables and other produce. Organic beef is produced on our Inkpen farm near Hungerford, Berkshire, and is guaranteed under a legally defined national system audited by the Soil Association to ensure the animals have been fed no routine drugs or other additives, and are reared under the highest welfare standards.
The animals are slaughtered at a nearby organically approved abattoir. The meat is then traditionally hung on the premises to produce exceptional texture and flavour and butchered to the highest standards. Sausages, burgers and cured meats are all prepared on the premises.
All of our produce is sourced locally whenever possible.

Shop opening times:
The organic shop is open Wednesday to Sunday, 11am to 2.30 pm.
Outside these hours please enquire in the pub. The shop is attached to
the pub.
